Life has a way of taking unexpected turns, and sometimes those turns change everything.

My journey with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) began around the time of my pacemaker surgery. What I expected to be a time of healing and recovery became the beginning of something I never imagined experiencing.

Through these posts, I’m sharing my personal journey, from the first frightening symptoms and searching for answers to rehabilitation, challenges, small victories, and learning to navigate everyday life.

I’m sharing my story to help others better understand FND, raise awareness, and hopefully remind someone facing similar challenges that they aren’t alone.
